Had been visiting NUH during the weekends as aunt was hospitalised due to leg operation. Few months ago she just went to operate on her right leg, and now its the left leg... Can you imagine a rather long metal plate being put into the lower portion of your leg? I find it very intimidating when I saw the long scar on both of her legs; that I dont even dare to feel it in case it might inflict pain on her. But she just asked us to touch as she won't be feeling any pain at all... :(

A B class ward is much better than the previous C class ward that her mum stayed in TTSH. B class ward is equipped with air con, TV, toilet and its only 2 person per ward. Unlike C class, it is 4 people together and non air conditioned. The ward that her mum stayed in aroused a sense of lament in me as it was filled with old people who were very sickly; bloated stomach, frail moanings and some couldn't even respond etc.. Omg.. There's one who doesn't even have any visitors at all..:'( A depressing sight indeed! This makes me more determined to take good care of my health!

We just visited her mum months ago and a week later was told that she had passed away... Very abrupt...... She was just like a ball being thrown here and there by her children as everyone can't bear the thought of having an old lady at home... And she left with us bags of blankets she made herself and my all time favourite red dates soaked with XO!

Now, its her daughter turn to be hospitalised for the operation... I cant imagine not being able to bathe on my own and having to trouble the nurse to do it for you.. Oh my oh my... And she told us the anaesthestic wasn't helpful in easing the pain~ What to say... Im lost for words...........

Have been trying to whip up some new kinds of food these few days, cause really sick of the normal food outside:) All thanks to sis, who went to borrow a few Korean and Eurasian cookbooks from the library! We only succeeded in cooking the Korean food as their ingredients could be easily found.

Noodle salad (Salad-guksu), pumpkin porridge (ho-bak-juk), sweet glutinous rice (yak-sik), grilled salmon (yeon-eo-gu-e), pan fried fish fillet (saeng-sen-jeon), whole cabbage kimchi (kim-chi)! These are the food that we've tried making mostly but not all;) I don't think pumpkin porridge is my cup of tea since I don't take porridge; my sis only like the taste of pumpkin. I just love the noodle salad especially cause its supposed to be served cold which is different from out normal hot noodles^_^ Arh... The nice smelling taste!!!

Finally my flu was gone in just 3 days! The medicine doesn't really aid in my recovery. Guess what, the miracle appeared after eating the tom yum noodles cause I was lazy to cook that night:) From the direct translation of chinese saying of 'use poison fight poison', maybe this works at times! However, there's still occassional sneeze~ The worst was last weekends, have been sneezing for a few days... Wondering who's been cursing me behind my back! (haha, just kidding)

Baby boy is due in December!!!^____^ Hopefully can go and have a look at the newborn baby~ Finally, can have a feeling of how it is like to look after a boy;) J is a scintillating kid indeed! A 3 year old girl has master the usage of computer, handphone functions, conversing rather effectively to adults, taking photos and many more.. Oh god, I feel inferior to her.. Was playing some memory games with her and she remembered the items quite fast and accurate:) But, her yellings and cryings are what I detest the most; I just can't bear it~

Really interested in the 2 recent movies, namely, Connected & Painted Skin. However, don't think I can bear the idea of sitting in the nice comforty armchair in cinema cause I won't be concentrating on watching the show and perhaps fall asleep halfway.. hahaz..;p Shall get the gist of it from them:)

Looks like the group of them are suffering with their assignments and tests in their uni life.. Haiz, seeing them so stress makes me feel like acquring an overseas education instead. Or perhaps migrate, if possible. hahaz;) It's good to learn new things but can we do away with the exams?


To quote zhen's sentence 'It's never a sin to be nice', true but depends on who you are being nice to. But still, I think I can never seem to hate a person no matter how bad the person is. I can only say this feeling disappears just as fast as it has come.^__^

I really didn't reply, except to tell him once to stop his caps messages and we are just friends.

Contrary, his next 2 consecutive messages really made me feel my explaination was useless or didnt get into his head?!

Sometimes, explaination doesn't seem to solve the problem; no explaination likewise...

His occasional messages really makes me scared but at times comical...

To put an end to this, is to make him hates me. Haiz, its hard...
